John Legend’s youngest kids are two peas in a pod.
TheVoicecoach, 44, who recently took time out with his family to volunteer at their localRonald McDonald House Charities(RMHC) in Los Angeles, says these days daughterEsti Maxine, 9 months, and sonWren Alexander, 4 months, are the most adorable package deal.
“They’re sort of like twins,” says Legend, who welcomed Wren with wife Chrissy Teigen in June via surrogate just five months after Esti joined the family. “It kind of feels like that, but not.”

One difference? Esti is already going places.
“She’s really getting close to walking, which is pretty early,” says Legend. “She’s crawling and standing herself up already and leaning on the table. She pulls herself up and it feels like she’s getting really close. She’d be one of the earliest ones of our kids [to walk] if she does.”
