The name of this sequence was “ Game Ogre ” because it was about Ogres . And that wordplay absolutely represent just how otiose Grimm has become . At what point are we go to develop these characters beyond just giving them sassy quips and hobbies ? Screw it , let ’s just run a gavel through a judge ’s head . FAIRY TALE MURDERS !
This week an get out convict ( who is secretly an Ogre ) runs around belt down all the people who put him in prison house . He ’s super strong and has “ dead nerves ” or something , so yeah , he ’s basically an Ogre . regrettably for Nick ’s married person , whom I have it away nothing about other than he ’s a seriously shit pig , he was the hold back officer on the cause . Which means HE ’S NEXT . But that does n’t happen because every single creature in this fairy tale universe is fleetly disposed of by the model cops with no regard for the actual law or common sense . We ’ve seen this before ; every demon of the week come and sound , but woefully does n’t sum up a fall of astuteness to any of the resort characters . Sure Grimm is fun , I wo n’t abnegate that . But this clobber is starting to get old fast . Whatever pass off to that uproarious gopher man who fixed Nick ’s electric refrigerator and then made all his admirer “ look at the Grimm . ” That was odd , and it opened up this sprite tale worldly concern . Can we have more of that ?
True , this was easily the most brutal and grim of all Grimm episode . A man was stabbed in the side , the Ogre blow up a elevator car , Nick was pound awfully in front of his girlfriend Juliet , who then had to go home to an empty and whole destroy home ( outstanding second ) , but what are we discover about Nick ? What about his evil knob ? And why does his idiot partner insist on face the Ogre alone ? Bad idea jeans , buddy , but then again , this is really par for the course for this show .
Pilates Wolf check by and was generally awesome . That was great . I learned something about sentry , not much about Pilates Wolf . My favorite part was when he find out the entire account of the sentinel attach to the dead organic structure and the police officers told him to shut up and just skip to the end . Good policing , fellas !
Overall , this series needs to commence pushing the bigger story here , and tight . open up up this world . How about one episode where Nick drop the whole hour sorting through the witching trouble - puzzle out Grimm trailer ? Throw in some flashbacks of the Aunt and Nick ? I know she hinted at Nick being fundamentally alone all of his life , I ’d wish to have a go at it more about the human version of Prince Eric from The piddling Mermaid . He seems prissy .
