TheWall Street Journal reportedthe information was part of a 747 - varlet document dump the ship’s company dropped on lawmakers on the House Energy and Commerce Committee later Friday . The committee has since made public thedocument , which purports to resolve at least in part some of the manyquestions Mark Zuckerberg was peppered withwhen he testified earlier this year .
Also on the leaning of 52 , and of particular interest to lawmakers , was the inclusion of several Chinese business firm : Huawei , Lenovo , Oppo , and TCL . US intelligence agencies have raised suspicions about the firm and their ties to the Chinese administration in the yesteryear , particularly Huawei . FBI Director Chris Wraytestifiedpreviously that Huawei ware provide “ the mental ability to maliciously modify or steal information . ”
