On Tuesday, the model, author and podcast host, 32, took toInstagramto share a carousal of photos of herself wearing a revealing black-ribbed halter dress. She paired the outfit with a nude lip and her natural wavy hairstyle. But it was her caption that made the real statement.
“decided i’m never beating the bimbo allegations so why not lean in, you know?”
“Post all the pics you want kiddo - those who mind don’t matter. And you know the rest :)” another person writes.

Back in December 2017, on a live episode ofGood Morning Britain, media personality Piers Morgan, called Ratajkowski a “global bimbo.”
Only a few before Morgan criticized Ratajkowski for posting photos from a shoot she did withLove Magazinein lingerie. “This is Emily Ratajkowski ‘promoting feminism’. Somewhere, Emmeline Pankhurst just vomited,” his message onXsaid.
Ratajkowski replied later that day: “Lol never said my love video was a feminist statement. But now it’s worth saying that telling women what to do with their bodies & sexuality is actually just classic sexism. I can have opinions about feminism & also do sexy photo shoots k thanks.”

In April, Ratajkowski opened upto theLos Angeles Timesabout her work pursuits, motherhood and her dating life after breaking up with her estranged husbandSebastian Bear-McClard, a film producer.
Ratajkowski, who famously starred inRobin Thicke’s 2013 “Blurred Lines” music video, had her big-screen acting debut in the 2014 David Fincher movieGone Girlas Andie, the college-student mistress ofBen Affleck’s Nick Dunne. After that she was inWe Are Your Friends(2015) andI Feel Pretty(2018), but she’s mostly quit acting since 2019.
“I didn’t feel like, ‘Oh, I’m an artist performing and this is my outlet.’ I felt like a piece of meat who people were judging, saying, ‘Does she have anything else other than her [breasts]?’ " Ratajkowski said of her Hollywood career.
Her most recent audition, the outlet reported, was for last year’sTriangle of Sadness, which was nominated for Best Picture atthe Oscars. The part she tried out for ultimately went tolate model Charlbi Dean.

She told the outlet that afterGone Girl, she was hoping to find roles that showed she could be a “serious actress with longevity.” By 2020, though, she fired her agent, commercial rep and manager, according to theL.A. Times.
“I didn’t trust them. I was like, ‘I can handle receiving phone calls. I’m gonna make these decisions. None of you have my best interest at heart. And you all hate women,’ " said Ratajkowski at the time.
