If you ’ve been wondering whether you ’ll be able to receive secure DTV signals on your honest-to-goodness TV , the FCC has thoughtfully create a site to serve you out .
You enter in your reference , and the site gives a listing of the digital signals that you should be able to pull in , helpfully color - cod in greenish ( green means honorable ! ) , yellow ( yellow is like a crappier rendering of green ! ) , orange ( orange is n’t on streetlights so who know ! ) , and red ( booooooo bolshy ! ) . Since I probably live out in the furthermost fringes of civilization of the entire Giz staff , I introduce in my own Southeast Pennsylvania name and address , and was pretty impressed with the result .
The channels in green , the strong signaling , are the only channels I can remember being able to pick up with those honest-to-goodness rabbit ears . I did n’t even have sex there was a possibility to get all that other poppycock . So it ’s look like DTV might be a good idea after all , provided the chart is accurate . [ FCC ]
