About ten months later , Burhanettin Volkan , a software package engineer , ostensibly trust suicide on October 9 , 2007 , with his own triggerman while on sentry duty duty as part of military armed service . Volkan , who had set out to receive psychological treatment before being enlisted , was espouse during his military military service . He died only 40 days after being tie .
The case has now gone to the Ankara Chief Prosecutor ’s Office . The focus will be on an alleged secret program that used concenter telepathy to make depression and at last suicide in its targets .
