It ’s good . Really .
Deadlinesays that “ with thehelp of her medical tester boss and a police detective , she work homicidecases to quiet the voices in her foreland ” in the TV show ; this troubles me abit , because iZombie is more about a modern take on classic monstrosity and horrorthan a neat - up procedural . And in the comic , there ’s no aesculapian examinerboos ( she gets her Einstein in her job as a burial site groundskeeper ) and no policedetective ( although she does date a fiend hunter later ) . In the comic , herpals are the ghost of a adolescent who pall in the ’ sixty and a nerdy were - Terrier , and it would be a real shame to misplace them , because that broader scope was alarge part of iZombie ’s charm .
Still , I’d look on the Inferno out of an iZombie show helmed by the guy who did Veronica Mars . Of all themyriad show in DC / WB ’s pool of maturation , this is the one I most want toactually get made .
