When Courtney ’s Mom become back to Wal - Mart to complain , the store manager did n’t do anything for them . No return , no refund , no nothing . Luckily , Wal - Mart the society is stepping up , they ’ll be giving Courtney the iPad she was supposed to get on her birthday . As for what happened ? Wal - Mart reasons it was some shepherd’s crook who replaced a brand new iPad with a stack of notepads and then reseal the box to make it look like it was never open up . Wal - Mart says :
We have reviewed our surveillance video to see if we can find out who is responsible for this and we are sharing that information with local practice of law enforcement in hope that whoever is behind this is held responsible for their selfish acts
