Lead shot and WINNER – Inception

tardy Wednesday my married woman and I decide to pass the evening in Manhattan . It was cold-blooded , cloud-covered and getting dreary so we thought mayhap the Top of the Rock would n’t be so crowded . It was crowded , cold and visionary , but the views made it deserving it . I dreamed of this post - processing estimate after watching a sure pic . The shaft was taken with a Fujifilm F200EXR at f3.6 1/150 sec . vulnerability , and ISO 200 .

This mental image is the result of Drawing and Painting with igniter during a prolonged exposure . The camera was on a tripod and the shutter was hold open with a cable waiver . I then jumped into the scene and go around the Front Loader delineate it with Highway Flares . The pail was occupy with sparklers . full Time of the picture was 40 minutes … Timelight Picture Study with Highway Flares & Sparklers … Time Exposure on Film … No Digital Manipulation … Images get out of the Camera as they come along … television camera : Nikon FM2 35 millimeter lens B , Film : Fuji Chrome Velvia 50

Wing Flare

When I set off to west texas this weekend to attend a 2 twelvemonth old ’s birthday party , I figured I would n’t be submit for this challenge . Kids are shady , just not epic . That and the flights were full of begrimed Second Earl Grey cloud and flat dusty plains . But on my last of four flights , for about a five minutes , we top out out just above the thick cloud and the sky was just immaculate . I consider this super acid tail come in in the near distance and got my camera ready for about a 10 second windowpane and start this shot . I catch home and gave it some spice in photoshop . Canon 30d , Tamron 10 - 22 millimetre lense , Focal Length 11 mm , ISO 320 , 1/500 sec , f/16

Chamber of Ice

I was not certain where I was snuff it with this shot . Soooo I returned to the chicken feed cave to get the icy water falls , they were melting and there is little left over . I was , however , able to get a few good shots . But the problem was they were not “ Epic ” . Soo I photoshoped them and make this beautiful risque picture that looks like it a cave illume with a pitch-black light . I create a mirror image and then used omni blue air with a spot visible light . This was hold with a Canon EOS T2i , ISO 100 f 3.5 1/800 with a polarized filter .

Beware of Drop

Just an average trip down to Fossil Creek near Strawberry , AZ , where we were doing some drop jump . Next affair I know , there are some kayakers look to do some nightfall runs . Well , I just happened to find myself with my camera and one thing lead to another . So there I was , taking pictures of these guys and gal kayaking off the falls . Shot with a Canon EOS 10D , Canon 28 - 200 mm , 1/750 , f/5.6 , ISO 100 .

Visiting New York City for the weekend , so I thought I ’d get a picture of some of the epical building . I was hoping to make it an HDR to capture the cloudy sky , but ran out of time ( and my hotel wireless is about to give out ) . take on a impudently coin Canon T3i ( my first SLR ) with a kit lens
